Planning & Site
Within the new 32–45 m² auxiliary-dwelling exemption
Since 27 July 2026, a detached auxiliary dwelling of 32–45 m² to the rear of the main house, connected to its services, can be exempt from planning permission. The council must be notified 14 days before work starts and further conditions apply. The Lodge 2-Bedroom Cottage’s internal area falls inside this range.

Typical lead time is 8–10 weeks from order. Delivery and assembly by our own crew are included in the price, and the build itself takes days rather than months. Every cabin is handed over with a 10-year structural warranty.
