Planning & Site
Sized for the proposed garden-cabin exemptions
Under planning changes announced by the Irish government in April 2026, standalone garden cabins of up to 40–45 m² could become exempt from full planning permission. The Glasgow Timber Cabin sits inside that proposed envelope. These regulations are still in the legislative process — always confirm the current position with your local authority before ordering.
