When ordering a timber cabin from MF Timber House, one of the most important decisions you'll make is choosing between our two main packages: Option 1 (Shell Only) and Option 2 (Turnkey).
Option 1: Shell Only
This package provides you with the complete, weather-tight structure. We deliver the timber kit, install the walls, roof, windows, and doors. The interior remains an empty canvas. This is perfect if you are a DIY enthusiast, have your own tradesmen (plumbers/electricians), or want to finish the cabin over time as your budget allows.
Option 2: Turnkey Solution
Want a hassle-free experience? The Turnkey package includes everything in the Shell option, plus all internal electrical wiring, plumbing pre-installations, and a fitted bathroom. You simply turn the key and move your furniture in.
How to choose
If you want certainty and convenience, Turnkey is the better fit. If you want to save on immediate cost and are comfortable managing finishes, Shell Only gives you more control over the final interior.
